The city buses run by the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation can get you to any place in the city. Most popularly called by its erstwhile name of "BTS" 

THE BUS DAY 
The objective of the Bus day campaign is to raise awareness on public transport as a sustainable commuting choice for livable cities. What BMTC wants for Bus Day is what it envisions for the future - more and more people traveling by Public Transportation. 

Every city has its own culture, traditions and customs. Bangalore, too, has its own distinct personality and way of life. However there are no major or special care one needs to take while visiting.
